Returns Process
If you would like to return your order, then you have 180 days from its receipt to do so.
A full refund or exchange is available, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn/unused, and with all tags attached.
Faulty items can be returned free of charge for a refund, repair, or replacement.
To initiate a return, customers should first contact Sub Zero's customer service team on sales@subzero.co.uk with the return details.
The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error has been made with the order
