Aquapac Wet & Dry Waterproof Backpacks are ideal for experienced water sportsman who ned to carry kit safely between locations.
The main body of these backpacks is manufactured from tough PU coated polyamide fabric, tape seamed for full waterproofness. The roll top closure fully opens out to give wide access to the pack, with the back lip incorporating the secondary full size high-vis waterproof bag, an ideal feature for separating wet kit from dry. This internal dry bag does not have a roll top closure, just a Velcro fastening, although it can be unzipped and removed if required. This secondary bag does however house a smaller clear waterproof pouch that has a roll-top closure for storing valuables securely.
On the outside of the backpack you have two large side mesh elasticated pockets for storing water bottles and quick access gear. The fully adjustable padded mesh shoulder straps include numerous hypalon lashing points , as well as an adjustable quick release chest and waist strap. The compact Eva foam mesh back support can be removed via the Velcro opening behind the straps and used as a makeshift seat in wet weather. To the front there is a large hypalon lashing loop with a spring loaded carabiner clip.
To protect your gear from getting wet, place the contents in the main backpack compartment and fold over the neck a minimum of three times, securing it with the quick release buckle. If space is at a premium, then compress as much air out of the dry bag before you fold it shut, but please be aware that this could affects it buoyancy.
