Current Loyalty Scheme Closing

Here at Sub Zero, we constantly strive to improve our products and services for our loyal customers. Over the past 6 months we have been working very hard in improving our ecommerce site and updating it to new industry standards. During this process we have become aware of a programme clash between our site and the third party software we use to run our loyalty programme. We have tried to find a solution to the software incompatibility, but to no avail. Unfortunately, we will have to close down our loyalty scheme to allow further updates of our site to continue without incidence.

If you have any loyalty points in your account, then please use them by the 26th October as we will switch off this scheme on 27th October 2023. When this is completed all loyalty points that are left will be forfeit.

The good news is we are hoping to introduce a new loyalty scheme at some point in the near future.
