Delivery options and charges are calculated according to the weight of your order and destination. The available services and final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.
Please note that some products, including certain liquids and insect repellents, cannot be shipped outside the UK because of carrier restrictions. Where a product cannot be delivered to your destination, the relevant shipping option will not be available at checkout.

United Kingdom Delivery
FREE standard delivery on eligible orders of £50 or more.
This applies to standard products and insect repellents. Gas canisters have a separate delivery charge. Oversized products in our UK-only range include free delivery.

Gas Canisters & Other Delivery Restrictions
Gas canisters are delivered by DPD Next Day (excluding weekends) for £12.99, for orders weighing up to 10,000g. This service is available to England, Scotland and Wales; it is unavailable to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. The £50 free-delivery offer does not apply to gas canisters.
Some products are available for collection only. UK-only oversized products include free delivery. Available delivery and collection options, including the final cost for your complete order, are shown at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products are subject to carrier restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
This particularly applies to some liquids, aerosols, fuels, chemicals and insect repellents, which may be classified as restricted or dangerous goods for transport. As a result, some products available for delivery within the UK cannot be sent internationally.
Where shipping restrictions apply, certain delivery services may not be available at checkout. If you're unsure whether we can send a particular product to your destination, please contact us before ordering.
Restrictions are determined by the relevant postal or courier service and may vary depending on the product and destination.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our Leicestershire warehouse. Orders are normally processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail collections take place from our premises each working day. We also make additional Post Office drop-offs on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings to help keep weekend orders moving.
Delivery times shown for each service are estimates unless the service specifically provides a guaranteed delivery date. Once an order has left us, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Where tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation will include the relevant tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other local charges when they arrive in the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the price you pay to Sub Zero and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount charged is determined by the authorities and/or delivery provider in the destination country.
If an international order is refused or not collected because import charges have not been paid, any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from any refund due.
