Ila Door Jam Security Alarm provides extra peace of mind when staying in foreign hotel rooms or hostels.
These door wedges incorporate a 130dB high pitch alarm that will sound for up to 10 minutes if not turned off. It is activated when somebody attempts to open the door and compresses the top sprung paddle. This also prevents any further access to the room as the wedge shape jams the opening. The grid patterned silicon foot pad also helps to provide extra grip on carpets and tiled floors.
Instructions for use: Turn the alarm on and slide under the closed door at a 90 degree angle.
